Our Story
At the Nova Scotia based "That Animation Company", we are passionate about creating high-quality 2d or 3d animation that help our clients achieve their goals. Our co-founders, Lynn and Steve, saw a gap in the market for a truly boutique animation production studio that delivers results for both production companies for children as well as other markets such as educational, marketing, and others, and listened to the needs of our clients.

Avery and Masa journey to wherever they’re needed, inspiring fellow creatures to help each other. Like real kids, they’re empowered by their imagination, empathy and the capacity to take action when needed.
Using the natural world as our setting, combining life sciences with cartoony fun, Avery and Masa promises to bring a new dimension to the value of home.

Connectobotz
With the team from LumoTV, that Animation company is excited to be in development on "Connectobotz!"
Connectobotz is a fast-paced CGI animation featuring four modular Botz on a mission to protect their hometown, BOT CITY, from the mischief and mayhem of a rogue robot, Grumblezot!
As individuals, Zap, Scout, Spark and Tank all have their own unique strengths and skills. They’re fast, they’re alert, they’re smart and strong, but the Botz know that together they are so much mightier.
CLICK, CLACK, BOOM! The Botz connect together, and their Bot powers are mega-sized, ready to solve the toughest of challenges and keep their city safe from demise and doom. Whatever the trouble, Grumblezot knows that when the Botz connect and pool their skills, they’re a force to be reckoned with, so he’ll do anything to prevent them teaming up!

That Animation Company is thrilled to be in development on "Coyote Path" from Cam Lizotte, a new Indigenous series. The series introduces preschoolers to Indigenous culture through the characters, highlighting the art, traditions, music and cuisine in a simplified way that kids will understand.
